E-Commerce Listing SpecialistJob Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized E-Commerce Listing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating product listings across eBay and other online sales platforms. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good written communication skills, and an eye for product presentation.
The right candidate will help improve online sales by creating accurate listings, writing clear product descriptions, taking quality photos, researching products, and making sure each item is presented professionally and correctly.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and update product listings on eBay and other online marketplaces.
- Write clear, accurate, and appealing product titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
- Take high-quality product photos that clearly show each item’s condition, features, accessories, and value.
- Research similar products online to help create competitive and accurate listings.
- Make sure listings are matched correctly to each item’s condition, model, accessories, and identifying information.
- Maintain accurate listing records, including product details, listing status, pricing, and item location.
- Monitor active listings for accuracy and make updates when needed.
- Improve listings by updating titles, photos, descriptions, pricing, and item specifics when necessary.
- Communicate with team members to confirm product details, testing results, condition, and included accessories.
- Work toward monthly listing, accuracy, and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with eBay, online marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
- Comfortable taking product photos and presenting items professionally for online sales.
- Good written communication skills for creating accurate and professional listings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple listings and products at once.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, computer parts, networking equipment, or general merchandise is a plus.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet performance goals, monthly quotas, and accuracy expectations.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. We value reliability, organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
Employees who successfully complete a 3-month probationary period and meet performance expectations will become eligible for a bonus structure based on productivity, accuracy, and monthly quota performance.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
