Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Representative
- Champion AT&T Wireless smartphones, serving as the go‑to resource for residents seeking reliable 5G mobile service.
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including enrollment, seamless number transfers, and efficient phone trade‑ins.
- Conduct mobile plan evaluations to uncover upgrade opportunities, ensuring customers maximize performance and value with AT&T phones.
- Educate customers on the advantages of the AT&T mobile ecosystem, from enhanced phone security to international roaming and hotspot features.
- Drive results by consistently meeting smartphone sales goals, aligning customer needs with AT&T’s latest promotions and offers.
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Representatives to share best practices and stay ahead of evolving smartphone technology trends.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Representative
- Experience in sales, wireless technology, or customer success is a major plus but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to explain complex wireless plans in a simple, friendly, and compelling way.
- A competitive, proactive, and resilient mindset with a strong desire to excel in a performance-based environment with uncapped earning potential.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with mobile tablets and CRM software to manage customer profiles and ensure accurate, secure transaction processing.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Pay: $52,852.90 - $63,650.81 per year
