The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute.
Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Flexible to schedule up to 30 hours
Weekday availability for Mid's/Closing Shift
Weekend availability flexible to Opening, Mid's, & Closing Shifts
Holiday availability a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Handling food according to state health codes
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
