CNC Machinist

- $26-$36 per Hour + overtime inc shift differential
- 2nd Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm

We're recruiting for experienced CNC Machinists to join an established industrial manufacturer in Reading, PA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who can independently set up, program and operate CNC equipment. Second shift is the immediate priority, with first-shift opportunities also expected.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Complete your own machine setups without relying on a dedicated setup technician
- Write, edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code and M-code
- Machine components accurately to engineering drawings and specifications
- Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions, tolerances and quality
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling and program-related issues
- Work overtime when required, with approximately 8 hours available per week
What We're Looking For
- Proven CNC machining experience with mills, lathes or both
- Strong hands-on CNC setup skills
- Ability to write and edit programs using G-code and M-code
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Experience with Okuma mills or Mori lathes is advantageous but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and machining problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
