Martin Collision Center is looking for a Collision Estimator - Body Shop Estimator to join our team!
Estimator Responsibilities:
· Greet all customers in a professional and courteous manner
· Complete estimates in a thorough and timely manner
· Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
· Quality Control check vehicles throughout the repair process
· Other duties assigned by management
Estimator Qualifications:
· 2+ years of prior automotive collision estimating - body shop estimating preferred
· Knowledge and experience working with insurance companies, preferred
· Ability to prioritize and make independent decisions on repair process, parts and timing
· Effective communication and writing skills to provide excellent customer service
· Strong organization and computer skills
· PA Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser License
