We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and strategic leader to oversee our Adult Day Center and Employment Services programs. This position provides leadership to staff, ensures excellence in service delivery, promotes person-centered supports, and helps drive the financial and operational success of these important programs.
The successful candidate will combine strong people skills with the ability to analyze service utilization, staffing ratios, service codes, reimbursement structures, and program performance to ensure high-quality services that are both effective and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of Adult Day and Employment Services, including Benefits Counseling.
- Monitor program budgets, productivity, staffing ratios, service utilization, and financial performance.

Analyze service codes, billing patterns, and reimbursement opportunities to maximize program effectiveness and sustainability.

Supervise, coach, mentor, empower, and evaluate program staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with person-centered principles and individual participant goals.

Promote community inclusion, employment opportunities, personal choice, and increased independence for participants.

Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including ODP, OLTL, OVR, 6100, and 2380 requirements.

Build strong relationships with participants, families, employers, referral partners, funding agencies, and regulatory entities.

Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.

Bachelor's degree in human services, Psychology, Education, Rehabilitation Services, Business Administration, or a related field, plus four years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities; candidates with sufficient experience without a degree may be considered.

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret data, manage resources effectively, and make sound operational decisions.

Experience with budget management, program operations, staffing, or performance measurement preferred.

Knowledge of ODP, OLTL, OVR, and 6100/2380 regulations preferred.

ACRE certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
