Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Forklift Operator and Warehouse Worker, where your skills will drive efficiency and safety in our distribution operations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Pick orders accurately using barcode scanning systems and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels through proper materials handling, manual handling techniques, and warehouse management system (WMS) updates.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for dispatch.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stacking pallets safely, and ensuring proper load & unload procedures.
- Follow all safety standards in production and warehouse operations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo’s, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems.
- Experience with order picking, load & unload procedures, shipping & receiving processes, and materials handling best practices.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, weight measurements, and order accuracy.
- Demonstrated capacity for heavy lifting, manual handling, and working efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
