What You’ll Be Doing
This is hands-on commercial cleaning work using professional equipment and systems. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors on a variety of projects, including:
- Pressure washing sidewalks, dumpster areas, kitchens, patios, and entrances
- Scrubbing tile and grout with commercial floor machines
- Window cleaning (inside and outside)
- Restroom sanitizing and disinfecting
- Operating and maintaining professional cleaning equipment
This is active, physical work where the day goes by fast and you can actually see the difference you made before heading home.

Pay & Benefits
- $16/hr during training
- Up to $25/hr on commission routes
- Dental and vision insurance available

Schedule
- Most shifts start early morning (around 5 a.m. to noon)
- Monday–Friday schedule with some evening, overnight, or weekend jobs depending on customer needs
- Starts part-time with room to grow
