- Build relationships with customers and provide a professional, high-level customer service experience
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery
- Develop repeat business and customer referrals through outstanding service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations

- High school diploma or equivalent required
