About the role: A Kitter has the unique responsibility of preparing our ingredient kits according to customer specifications in preparation for a production run. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic understanding of weights and measures, and the ability to collaborate. The Kitter partners with multiple internal departments to help maintain the production flow.
