We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage retail sales operations, develop effective strategies, and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of sales processes within the automotive industry. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets while fostering a positive team environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service through phone etiquette and in-person communication
- Handle recruiting efforts, interview prospective employees, and participate in onboarding processes
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports on performance, and adjust plans accordingly to maximize results
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales management with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management and training & development
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Familiarity with payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and performance management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
