The Gajer Practice is a direct-pay clinic built on a simple belief: The Science of Health, The Art of Transformation. We deliver health optimization, performance medicine, wellness medicine, and precision medicine alongside direct-pay primary care, medical weight loss, and hormone optimization — helping patients feel, perform, and live better through a deeply personalized, whole-person approach.
Led by Dr. Aleksandra Gajer — a recognized leader in this field, frequent media expert, and guest on 40+ national podcasts including top shows like Commune — our practice is rapidly scaling, and we're looking for a full-time NP or PA who wants to grow with us long-term.
About the role
You'll work alongside Dr. Gajer caring for patients across direct-pay primary care, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and performance medicine. You don't need to be an expert in these areas yet — we will train you fully. What you bring is a strong internal medicine or family practice foundation, intellectual curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for health optimization.
Day to day, you'll:
- See patients for primary care, weight management, hormone, and performance visits
- Manage patient questions and prescription refill requests
- Review labs, imaging studies, and records from outside providers
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans (with full training and mentorship)
- Build lasting patient relationships
Who you are
- Licensed NP or PA with 1–2 years of clinical experience (any background welcome)
- Solid internal medicine / family practice knowledge base
- Strong interest in health optimization, performance medicine, and precision medicine
- Functional, integrative, or wellness training is a major plus
- A great communicator who genuinely enjoys patient relationships
- Eager to learn, coachable, and excited to be trained in advanced therapeutics
- Looking for a long-term home where you can grow as the practice grows
The details
- Schedule: In-office, full-time. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Location: Primarily based in our Burke office, with occasional coverage and patient visits in our Vienna office.
- Compensation: Competitive pay with strong growth potential as we rapidly scale
