Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
If you've worked in ABA for any amount of time, you know that it can be one of the most rewarding careers out there.
But it can also be exhausting when you're expected to do everything with little support.
At The Special Education Teacher LLC, we're trying to do things differently.
We believe that providing great care starts with taking care of the people providing it.
That means supportive supervision, open communication, realistic expectations, and a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
We know that life happens, difficult sessions happen, and that nobody grows professionally without mentorship and encouragement.
Our goal isn't to create the biggest ABA company.
Our goal is to create a workplace where clinicians, technicians, and families feel supported, respected, and valued.
When you join our team, you can expect:
A supportive and approachable leadership team
Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth
Collaboration and clinical support when you need it
Flexibility and understanding that work is only one part of your life
A culture where questions are encouraged and your voice matters
A focus on quality services over unrealistic productivity expectations
A team that celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and genuinely cares about one another
We love what we do, and we believe learning should be exciting, meaningful, and fun-for our clients and for our team.
Whether you're new to the field or an experienced professional, we're looking for people who value compassion, curiosity, and connection.
At The Special Education Teacher LLC, we're building the kind of ABA workplace we wish existed when we started in the field.
If you're looking for an ABA company that sees you as a person first and believes great clinical care starts with supporting its team, we'd love to meet you.
To apply, please submit your resume along with proof of RBT certification or 40 hour training completion.
