In this position you will perform the following duties:

Monitor client adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.

Report community activity to Nurse Supervisor and be responsible for documenting any unusual activity or behaviors.

You will work, under direction of Nurse Supervisor, as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment.

Perform other related duties as assigned or needed
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- High School Diploma/GED.

Current certification as Nursing Assistant.

Valid drivers license with good driving record.
