We’re hiring a part-time barista to join our core team at Roasted in the Village.
This role is for someone who wants a consistent schedule, steady weekly hours, and a long-term place in a high-standard café environment. Over time, there is opportunity to take on more responsibility within daily operations.
We are a high-volume coffee shop where speed, consistency, and guest experience all matter equally.
Schedule Requirements
- 20–25 hours per week
- 5 consistent scheduled days each week
- Weekend availability is required and non-negotiable

- Consistency and reliability above all else
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during rushes
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of workflow
- Willingness to learn systems and follow standards closely
- High-level customer service mindset
- Barista experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Espresso and beverage preparation with consistency and care
- Maintain strong guest experience during busy service periods
- Keep café clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
- Execute opening and closing routines reliably
- Support smooth day-to-day operations
