About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Consultant, you will be responsible forprogram management services within an assigned market or client account toachieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Program Management function. Theyare responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programsrepresenting major company initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate andmanage multiple vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver technologyinfrastructure projects on schedule and within budget. Integrate ITinfrastructure projects with construction, renovation, or facility-relatedinitiatives, including coordination with general contractors, architects, andoperational teams. Apply in-depthknowledge of industry standards and best practices related to structuredcabling and low-voltage infrastructure (ie wifi, network switch deployments,MDF/IDF buildouts), including quality assurance, testing, certification, andcompliance requirements. Translate customer/businessrequirements into technical solutions, including participation in site surveys,design discussions, and infrastructure planning. Work cross-functionallywith engineering, field teams, and clients to deliver telecom/network solutionsand resolve issues in dynamic, real-world environments. Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals,and deliverables of the project. Develop recommendations and implementorganizational processes and procedures. Guide small to medium cross-functionalprojects and programs end-to-end using a formal process Facilitate the development of a charter and integratedtimeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved orescalated. Facilitate regular meetings to review project status foractive and pending projects Develop project plans that define strategic goals,establish budgets, allocate resources, and produce accurate forecasts forresource and revenue needs. Present routine reports, including status reports andupdated Gantt charts. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovativesolutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own jobdiscipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach anagreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, orservice activities within own team and other related teams Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis ofmultiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existingsolutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitivemindset. Sophisticated math skills.
Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such aspercentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $110K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $130K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
