Powersports Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the service department
- Coordinate service appointments and provide updates to customers
- Advise customers on necessary services and parts for their vehicles
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Utilize DMS software to manage work orders, invoices, and customer history
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Experience with Lightspeed DMS highly preferred
- Polaris and/or CFMOTO vehicle knowledge and experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a team-first attitude
- Must be able to multitask in a busy retail/service environment
