Pay range: $70,000- $150,000+

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is motivated, detail oriented, and passionate about helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
- Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Review and communicate digital multi point inspection findings
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status
- Handle warranty claims, estimates, and invoicing
- Complete required Hyundai factory training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong customer service mindset and a servant’s attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Familiar with digital multipoint inspections
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete all manufacturer training requirements
