Qualifications

Experience working in the AEC industry

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience managing social media platforms and creating content.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or content management systems is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the firm's social media platforms and content calendar.

Create and update marketing materials, project sheets, presentations, and website content.

Support proposal and qualification package preparation.

Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, project information, and digital files.

Coordinate marketing activities, events, and client communications.

Track marketing metrics and prepare basic reports.

Provide administrative support to the marketing and leadership teams.

Assist with branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Coordinate printing, promotional materials, and vendor relationships.

Help improve and maintain marketing systems, processes, and workflows.
