What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering the quality and efficiency our customers expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using OEM diagnostic tools
- Perform multi-point inspections and accurately document findings
- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Maintain strong technician efficiency and productivity
- Accurately document repair orders, recommendations, and technician notes
- Verify completed repairs to help minimize comebacks
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow dealership and OSHA safety standards
- Continue developing your skills through required and available factory training
What We’re Looking For
We want technicians who take pride in their work, want to produce, and are motivated to continue growing in their career.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Dealership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- ASE certifications are a plus
- OEM/factory certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to fixing vehicles right the first time
- Ability to pass applicable background and drug-screening requirements
