Position Summary
The Product Data Manager leads the accuracy, governance, and optimization of IMA Group’s global automotive aftermarket product catalog across North America and Europe. This role oversees ACES and PIES compliance, TecDoc integration, PIM management, and digital product content to ensure accurate and enriched data across distribution, retail, and eCommerce channels.
This position supports new product launches, lifecycle management, and revenue growth through effective catalog management, fitment accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the position:
- Manage and maintain accurate automotive aftermarket catalog data across North America and Europe.
- Oversee application data governance, including ACES and PIES compliance.
- Support TecDoc integration and European catalog standards.
- Administer and maintain PIM systems and catalog platforms.
- Support new product introductions, assortment planning, and product lifecycle initiatives.
- Ensure accurate fitment, application data, and customer catalog requirements.
- Drive catalog enrichment and optimize product discoverability across digital channels.
- Coordinate product data distribution across customers, retail, distributor, and eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, data optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain catalog documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education needed to successfully perform job:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Automotive Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of automotive aftermarket catalog management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ACES and PIES standards.
- Experience working with TecDoc and European catalog standards.
- Hands-on experience managing Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with product application data, fitment management, and customer catalog requirements.
- Familiarity with suspension systems, air suspension, ride control products, chassis platforms, and vehicle fitment preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
- ACPN Certification preferred. High business acumen
- Excellence in verbal, oral, and written communication skills

- Must be able to travel at least 20% of the time throughout the year
Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
