In this dual, in-person role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported as they seek care for their foot and ankle conditions.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a warm smile, while take patients to the rooms listening and giving our patients that we "truly care" feeling. We always put the patients concerns first.
- When working front desk you will manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide outstanding customer service.
- We schedule appointments in Athena and answer phones calls through Quo.
- Medical assistants take X-rays, scan for custom orthotics using electronic devices and also responsible for accurately measuring for diabetic DME foot ware.
- Collaborate with our friendly team to support seamless clinic operations and deliver a top-notch patient experience is alwasy our Number ONE Goal!!
- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in a medical office, customer service and knowledge of insurance verification.
- Skills: Proficiency with EHR systems, scheduling software.
- Customer Focus: A warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to the schedule we agree upon.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
