Responsibilities:
Oversee Slot Department.
-Must be able to manage and supervise slot department
-Must be able to work with weekly schedules
-Critical Thinking skills as involved in slot operations. Ability to analyze reports and make recommendations to upper management.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with slot machines
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all gaming equipment
- Assist with the installation and removal of slot machines
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to casino guests
- Handle cash transactions and payouts accurately
- Adhere to all gaming regulations and policies
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Slot Technician or similar role preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and payouts
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of technicians
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of slot machine operations and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with slot machines
- Ability to handle conflict management situations effectively
- Leadership skills to guide and train other technicians
