Lead Front Office Associate

Are you an experienced dental front office professional who enjoys creating exceptional patient experiences while helping a practice grow? Glee Dental is seeking a Lead Front Office Associate who is organized, proactive, technology-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service while maximizing practice performance.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
-Answer phones and schedule patients strategically to achieve daily production goals.
-Present treatment plans with confidence and help patients understand the value of their care.
-Coordinate financial arrangements and increase treatment acceptance.
-Verify and explain dental insurance benefits accurately.
-Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims.
-Manage the complete revenue cycle, including insurance receivables, patient collections, outstanding claims, and account reconciliation.
-Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules by filling openings, managing recalls, and reactivating unscheduled treatment.
-Perform daily financial closeout procedures and assist with month-end reporting and account audits.
-Collaborate closely with the doctor to improve operational efficiency, collections, and patient satisfaction.
-Utilize Dentrix as the primary practice management software and Dental Intelligence to monitor KPIs, optimize scheduling, and improve practice performance.
-Embrace and utilize AI-powered systems to improve communication, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of dental front office experience (10+ years preferred).
-Excellent proficiency in Dentrix is required.
-Experience with Dental Intelligence is preferred or willingness to learn.
-Excellent proficiency in revenue cycle management, including insurance claims, accounts receivable, collections, and payment posting.
-Strong experience in case presentation, treatment planning, and financial arrangements with a proven ability to increase case acceptance.
-Extensive knowledge of commercial dental insurance plans and state-sponsored insurance programs (Medicaid/managed care), including benefit verification, claim submission, and payment reconciliation.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of:
-Scheduling to production goals
-Insurance verification and breakdowns
-Accounts receivable
-Collections
-Daily financial reconciliation

Compensation:
Starting at $28.00 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses.

-Team performance and practice goals
