Best Western Plus is looking for a candidate who is proficient in Customer Service within the hospitality industry. Must be able to answer phone calls, take messages and gather necessary information to take and hold reservations. Also:
- Review arrival list to welcome guest
- Take Reservations and check-out guest
- Anticipate needs and build rapport with customers
- Address customer complaints
