The Client Relationship Associate is a key member of our client service team and plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional experience to every client. This position combines client service, operations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure our clients receive timely, accurate, and personalized support.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a genuine desire to help others.
ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Build long-term relationships through responsive, proactive service.
- Resolve client questions while providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Client Experience
- Create a memorable "wow" experience with every client interaction.
- Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Celebrate client milestones and support client appreciation initiatives.
Client Onboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Prepare account opening paperwork and required documentation.
- Track transfers, funding, and account setup through completion.
- Ensure every new client receives a smooth and consistent onboarding experience.
Operations & Transaction Processing
- Process account maintenance requests, money movements, transfers, beneficiary updates, and other client service transactions.
- Monitor transactions from initiation through completion.
- Confirm completed transactions with clients when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Estate & Tax Coordination
- Assist clients with gathering documentation related to estate planning and tax matters.
- Coordinate information between clients, advisors, CPAs, and attorneys.
- Track follow-up items to ensure outstanding requests are completed.
Workflow Management
- Maintain assigned tasks and workflows within our CRM.
- Prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Ensure client requests are completed promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in financial services is preferred but not required
