Invested in Your Success – Pilot Training Program & Onboarding Support
At 1st Meridian Care Services, we don’t just hire caregivers — we develop professionals.
All new hires complete our structured Pilot Training Program prior to starting shifts. This hands-on onboarding experience ensures you are confident, prepared, and fully ready to work with clients.
Onboarding Cost Reimbursement – Up to $115
We help offset required onboarding expenses, including:
- HCA Registration – $35
- Livescan/Fingerprint – $80
Up to $115 reimbursed after 90 days and 120 hours worked.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility, transportation, and light housekeeping
- Help with medication reminders and meal preparation
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to get certified
- TB test or chest x-ray (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass fingerprint/background check
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
