We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing financial services firm. This role is ideal for a strong leader who excels at managing people, improving processes, and creating an organized, client-focused office environment.
The Administrative Manager will supervise approximately 15 advisors and staff, ensuring smooth office operations while supporting firm leadership with personnel management, administrative oversight, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of approximately 15 advisors and staff.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to administrative personnel.
- Manage office operations, workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and other HR-related functions.
- Support performance management initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and client service.
- Coordinate administrative projects and support firm leadership with operational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure effective communication across departments and among team members.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and service-oriented office environment.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Experience leading teams in a financial services, professional services, banking, insurance, accounting, or similar business environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Experience with HR-related responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn firm-specific systems and software.
