Veterinarian-Owned Small Animal Practice | Troy (Dayton), Ohio
You became a veterinarian to practice medicine.
We built the practice we always wished we could work in.
Not because we wanted a prettier building—but because we wanted a better way to practice veterinary medicine.
Green Valley Veterinary Care is a veterinarian-owned small animal facility where every decision—from staffing and scheduling to technology and workflow—is made by people who understand what it's like to practice medicine.
We've intentionally built a practice where doctors have the time, support, and resources to provide exceptional patient care while enjoying a sustainable career.
Practice medicine. We'll help with the rest.
Every appointment begins with you, your assistant, and your medical scribe. While you build a relationship with your client, obtain the history, and perform your physical exam, your team documents the visit, prepares estimates, and coordinates diagnostics in real time.
You stay present in the exam room. Your team keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
We've designed efficient systems that allow our veterinarians to spend more time practicing medicine and less time managing administrative tasks.

A note from our owner:
"I built Green Valley Veterinary Care to be the kind of practice I wanted to work in—where exceptional medicine, a supportive team, and life outside the hospital can all exist together. I wanted to build a facility where great veterinarians can do their best work and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. If that sounds like the kind of practice you've been looking for, I'd love to meet you."
