Project Superintendent – Heavy Civil & Mission Critical Projects
Company: Gregory Construction
Gregory Construction, a faith-driven and nationally recognized leader in heavy civil construction, is seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to take full ownership of field operations on complex, high-impact projects. This role is built for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, takes pride in delivering work the right way, and is fully committed to going where the work is.
Travel is a core requirement of this role. Projects are located across the Midwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. Assignments are based on business needs—not geographic preference—so flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively (and for extended durations) are essential to success. This is not a home-based position.

You’re willing to go where the work is—without hesitation—and stay as long as the project requires.

You take ownership of your jobsite and treat every project like it’s your own.
-
You lead from the front, earning respect through action, consistency, and decision-making in the field.
-
Competitive compensation package including health, dental, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
-
Opportunity to lead challenging, high-profile projects across multiple regions.
