XLC Services is looking for dependable full-time Production Operators who take pride in hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Position Details
Pay: Earn $16.50 - $18.50 per hour.
Employment type: Full-time
Schedule: Candidates should be available to work every other weekend as part of a consistent full-time schedule.

Requirements
· Bring at least three years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
· Be prepared to complete a physical agility test at the conclusion of the interview.
· Be available to work every other weekend.
· Be comfortable standing and lifting up to 28 pounds throughout the shift.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
· Provide your own steel-toed shoes for the role.
· Be able to speak, write, and understand English.
