Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish. If you have strong leadership skills, extensive commercial electrical experience, and the ability to keep projects on schedule, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a leadership role.
- Complete understanding of reading and interpreting commercial building plans and specifications.
- Ability to take a project from blueprint to successful completion.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial electrical installation practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of electricians while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure all work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Plan daily work activities and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Manage material ordering, inventory, and jobsite logistics to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with company management, project managers, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices.
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects moving.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
