I’m Charity Cannavo, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR practitioner in Tallahassee, FL, and I’m expanding The Hope Connection Therapy Co. — a group practice where the people doing the clinical work are actually taken care of. We serve adults and teens through individual therapy, EMDR, and intensive treatment, and we’re looking for licensed clinicians who want to stay and grow with us.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- Clinical autonomy — your caseload, your modalities, your clinical judgment
- We take care of referrals, billing, scheduling, and admin so you can do therapy
- Reasonable caseloads and a culture that doesn’t glorify burnout
- Hybrid schedule (in-office + telehealth), full-time or part-time
- 1099 with a generous fee split — referrals, billing, and admin handled for you
- Supervision, consultation, and support for EMDR training, intensives, and specialty-building
You’re a fit if:
- You’re a Florida-licensed LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
- You care about clinical excellence and ethical care
- You’d rather collaborate than compete
- (Bonus) you’re EMDR-trained or curious about intensives and teen work
