We're looking for an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in their work, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a professional yet down-to-earth kitchen team!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards and specifications
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Set up and stock stations before service; restock and clean during and after shifts
- Assist in daily prep work and help with specials or catering orders as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Participate in a clean, organized, and respectful work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years line cook experience in a full-service kitchen
- Solid understanding of kitchen stations (grill, saute, fry, pantry, etc...)
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Schedule
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays might be required)
- Full-time preferred; part-time considered for the right candidate
