We are seeking a Licensed Architect with 10 + years relevant experience in overseeing all aspects of commercial and multifamily projects including: preparation and supervision of code analysis, production of construction documents and specifications, review of technical content, materials and construction, supervision of design team throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- Licensed Architect
- 10 + years of professional experience
- BArch or MArch degree from accredited university
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client service oriented and creative problem solver
- Demonstrated computer savvy:
- Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools
- Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Other computer graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) a plus
