Summary
As a Laundry Attendant at Radisson Hotel Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our linens and guest clothing. This position is essential in ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and uphold the high standards of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and guest clothing according to established procedures.
- Inspect items for stains or damage and take appropriate action to address any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor laundry equipment for proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens.
- Delivers items to guest rooms if requested.
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning products is a plus.
