What You’ll Do
- Build genuine relationships and trust with patients from the first visit using motivational interviewing and empathetic communication.
- Evaluate nutrition needs through diet, exercise, sleep, lifestyle, and functional lab assessments.
- Translate complex lab results into clear, plain-language explanations patients can act on.
- Set and prioritize realistic, stage-based goals so patients feel focused, not overwhelmed.
- Collaborate actively with our team to strengthen patient outcomes and care processes.
- Develop patient resources (handouts, recipes, educational content) that make protocols easy to follow.
- Keep patient records current and organized in our electronic systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Credentials: Current RD or CNS (with NC LDN/LN).
- Experience: open to mentoring new grads; preferred: 2+ years outpatient nutrition counseling with experience working with complex or multi-factorial health concerns

Team & Collaboration:

- Tech Skills: Comfortable with EMR systems, data entry, and digital patient resources.
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
