We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy services Monday through Friday.
Typical Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9-2pm & 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children 2-14 with behavioral health needs. This role is crucial in supporting the development and improvement of behavioral skills, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care.
Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.
- Assist in the development of tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and records as required.
- Provide support in behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
- Engage with children in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and strategies used during sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
Requirements
- We offer training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral challenges, is preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health outcomes.
- Ability to assist in implementing behavior management strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and families.
- A compassionate approach towards assisting individuals with special needs is essential.

Pay Scale Information:
Our pay range for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on active credentialing and relevant clinical experience. Candidates with an active RBT credential and prior clinic-based experience may qualify for higher starting rates. Raises are considered after performance reviews to reflect demonstrated growth and skill level. We also offer monthly performance-based bonuses as additional incentive.
