Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (Lakewood, CO- In-person)
Firefly Electrical Services is a locally owned electrical company focused on delivering excellent service, strong teamwork, and pride in the skilled trades. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and supporting a busy service team.
In this role, you will be the central point of communication between our customers and our electricians in the field, helping ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers have a great experience from the first phone call to job completion.
Our service department is fast-paced, and priorities can shift throughout the day. The right person enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping the team stay on schedule.
What you'll do:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and service inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatch for electricians in the field
- Communicate appointment confirmations, technician arrival windows, and schedule updates with customers
- Help manage the daily service schedule to keep technicians productive and jobs running smoothly
- Support the Service Manager with scheduling coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups in our service management system
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Reliable, professional, and able to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

Full Time, M-F 8-4pm in Lakewood, CO
(Office based position) Not remote
Salary: $17-$23 hour DOE
