Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Resident Experience Coordinator to enhance the quality of life for residents in our senior living community. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate resident-centered events and recreational activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Build strong rapport with residents by providing personalized support, active listening, and empathetic engagement
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and medication reminders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth schedule management and seamless resident service deliveryt
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and update on resident progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assisted living, or senior care environments with a focus on independent living environment.
- Strong background in event planning, recreational therapy, and concierge services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect genuinely with seniors and their families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, documentation, and communication purposes
- Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment
- Experience working with geriatric residents
