Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality standards and sanitation protocols are followed
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety guidelines
- Support food industry operations by managing quick service tasks, food serving, and basic math calculations for transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in cashiering, upselling, or sales roles is advantageous
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
