Burg Simpson is looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior-level attorneys and team members in managing complex injury cases.
Our ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a friendly, positive attitude and a high level of professionalism who will play a key supporting role to ensure our clients are well served.
The position requires 3-5+ years of litigation law firm experience (plaintiff law firm preferred, but not required); experience that includes collecting, managing and reviewing documents that are financial, legal and medical in nature; CM/ECF filings in various federal jurisdictions; writing experience to include preparing and responding to written discovery; the ability to recognize potential problems and identify and recommend solutions; strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with familiarity with Excel spreadsheets (formatting, formulas, sorting and extracting data, etc.).
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 to $78,000, starting salary within the range will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
