We are looking to hire Counselors for our 2026-2027 after-school program! Counselors will work with children ages 5-12 and cultivate an exciting, safe, and educational environment; this will include organizing and leading activities/games, and cleaning throughout the day. Shifts are Monday-Friday, times may vary (opening/midday/close). Pay starts at $15/hour, opportunities for raise available.
Must have a valid High School diploma or GED equivalent, and must be able to pass a background check. Previous childcare experience preferred but not required; ability to drive a small bus (CDL not required) to pick up students is HIGHLY preferred but not required. Ideal candidates are well-rounded, passionate, detail-oriented individuals who love children, know how to handle different personalities and are able to lead a group of up to 20 through various activities. Time management, adaptability, and creative thinking are also good qualities.
