Job Description
American Jerky Company is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of warehouse and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and well-trained individual able to take over the lead role in managing warehouse operations. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a similar role, preferably with a heavy lifting component.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution procedures, materials handling practices, and inventory control procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management software, including PODS software is preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Bilingual needed ( English and Chinese )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
