A New Direction What's Next provides Residential Services as well as In home and community supports to adults with intellectual disabilities all around the Lehigh Valley area. Hours are flexible. We have morning/afternoon/night shifts available. We have part/full time positions available. You do need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as many of our clients like to go out into the community. We provide on the job training, so if you have never been in this field or have been doing this for years we will always provide adequate training for our employees to help better serve our clients.
