Job Title: Waterproofing Project Manager

Salary: $85,000–$95,000/year
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Waterproofing Project Manager to oversee commercial waterproofing, restoration, and exterior building envelope projects throughout the Raleigh, NC area. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
The ideal candidate has experience managing waterproofing, building envelope, restoration, or commercial construction projects and is skilled at coordinating subcontractors, clients, vendors, and internal teams. This individual should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial waterproofing and building envelope projects from contract award through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and material coordination.
- Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
- Communicate regularly with clients, property managers, contractors, and internal teams regarding project progress and updates.
- Review project plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents.
- Monitor project costs, timelines, productivity, and overall performance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify potential project issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost impacts.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in waterproofing, restoration, commercial construction, roofing, or building envelope projects.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, exterior restoration, and construction processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project activities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial waterproofing, facade restoration, roofing, or exterior envelope systems.
- Experience working with commercial properties, multifamily buildings, or large-scale restoration projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control practices.
- Experience working directly with owners, property managers, general contractors, and consultants.
