Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
- Review billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and accounting teams
- Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation
- Monitor billing deadlines and ensure timely invoicing
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous billing, accounting, or logistics experience preferred
