Looking for a local pickup and delivery driver to work out of Hayward, CA building. You will be driving a FedEx branded delivery truck and wearing a uniform. If you want your application to be taken seriously, please complete the skills tests associated with this listing.
- Must be a self-motivated and energetic personality.
- Full-time employment 5 or 6 days a week, must be eligible to work weekends.
- This position is working for an independent contractor who contracts with FedEx Ground to deliver in the Hayward area. You will be a W2 employee wearing a FedEx uniform, Driving a FedEx truck.
- Looking for someone that is reliable and hard working.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical, criminal background check, drug screening and have a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Most driver make anywhere from $25 - $35 per hour. The best drivers make $35+ per hour. All comes down to how hard you want to hustle, the more you hustle the more you make. Pay is based on a per stop basis, the better you are at the job the more money you can make. Base pay is $925 per week, good drivers make $1,000 to $1,200 per week, with $1,300 being the top of the top. This is a performance based pay job, there is a weekly minimum, but the big money comes from being good at the job. The more work you do here the more you can make.
