Levy Gardens Assisted Living is currently an LPN to work part-time per diem. We offer an excellent work environment, pay, and benefits.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Provide quality tenant care in accordance with assisted living philosophy.

Assist with tenant assessments, screenings, medication assistance and administration, and care plan updates as assigned.

Monitor and document tenants’ physical and mental condition and report significant changes to appropriate parties.

Perform evaluations as needed based on tenant condition or assignment.

Demonstrate appreciation of Jewish traditions and understanding of the aging process.

Provide support to the Director and team as needed during scheduled or on-call shifts.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
Requirements:
Must be caring, reliable, and enjoy working with the elderly. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
