Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and quality drinks

Ensure smooth daily operations including inventory management and cash handling

Maintain a safe, clean, and appealing work environment for staff and customers

Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Handle customer concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a leadership role within food & beverage or retail

Strong communication and team-building skills

Enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for coffee culture

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
